Ingredients
500 gms lean beef mince 200 gms baby leaf spinach

1 large onion finely chopped 2 large tomatoes finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chilly powder 1tsp turmeric powder 2 finely chopped green chilies (adjust as per the spiciness) salt as per your taste Oil for frying 1/2 lemon juice
Marinate the mince with salt ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for 15 mins. Then add the marinated mince in a frying pan and cook it till all the water dries up stirring occasionally. ,Next add the oil and green chilies fry the mince well then add the onions and the tomato, cook till nice and soft then add chilly powder turmeric powder mix well. lastly add the spinach cook until done . (don't overcook the spinach) Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis.
