Ingredients

One cup soaked boiled black eyed bean Half cup finely chopped potatoes One onion diced One tomato diced One tsp ginger garlic paste One and half teaspoons garam masala A pinch of coriander powder A pinch of cummin powder Half cup plain yoghurt Oil for frying Fresh coriander finely chopped for garnish Salt for taste

Method

In a pan fry onions until golden brown add ginger garlic paste.. garam masala .. coriander and cumin powder . Fry well . Then add the tomatoes fry until cooked then add the yoghurt. Fry well cool and make a paste in a blender. In a pan add little oil fry the paste then add the beans and potatoes and salt. Cover and cook until the potatoes are done stiring occasionally. Garnish with fresh coriander

and serve with puris.
