Ingredients
2 meduim potatoes diced 1 cup diced mixed vegetables (I used carrots cauliflower peas and broccolli) 10 good-quality sausages (cut in pieces optional) 2 tbsp olive oil/sunflower oil 2 onions, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tsp paprika 400g chopped tomatoes 200ml vegetable stock pepper powder salt according to your taste Mix all of the above in a baking dish and put in the oven and cook till done.
